Now at Mercury 20 I have a new piece of work installed in the back part of the gallery.
Come and check it out during the Oakland Art Murmur this coming Friday 4/7/08. The piece is for sale. This is your opportunity to purchase a unique piece of Chela Art. The piece is on a long piece of wood measuring 91 in H x 15 1/2 W, it leans nicely against any wall.

Good News

Guess What? I have been offered a National Park Artist-in-Residence at Whiskeytown National Recreation. I will be there for a few weeks in August making some swimmingly art sculptures.

The other great news is that I have joined a cooperative Gallery in Oakland known as Mercury 20. I will have a new piece of art that I will show there once a month as well as have a show once a year with one other artist. I am looking forward to being a part of this wonderful dynamic group of artists! This Gallery is amongst the many other galleries that open their doors during the Oakland Art Murmur which is the first Friday of every month.
